1. No severe insults, even if oblivious to those of whom you may be insulting.
2. Listen to serious business. Direct defiance towards administrators won't be tolerated. This rule applies for
    everyone except the admins.
3. No impersonating high staff.
4. Try not to overemphasize any sexism or racism.
5. No annoying spam.
6. Do not use sounds in the chat unless it's urgent for whomever. This rule ties with spam.
7. Try to not use an amazingly ridiculous screen name featuring tons of smileys, effects, dumb symbols, etc.
8. No persistent complaining about the rules.

Here at Targex, we like to say we're lenient as a motherfucker, so don't worry if these rules seem super harsh to
you; I assure you that we won't attack you on first offense.
